I don't mind having one 1 amnesty but I don't want us to be able to trade it if we don't use it. It should be if you don't use it then you lose it. So I can't vote until we reach a verdict on the tradable aspect of it. If we are aloud to trade the amnesty then I'm a no but if we can't trade it then I'm a yes.

it would be under the premise of the last amnesty, if you dont use it you can trade it. if you dont reach a deal or use it then you would lose it, but instead of three like the beginning of this league, you get one.

Again I think most of us like the idea of having 1 amnesity cut but we don't like the idea if we can trade it. So make it not tradable and I'm in as yes.

I'd say no to trading it at the very least. Don't think GM's being able to amnesty half their team is healthy for any league.

I dont see the point for me to vote.....I have no need of one so really needs to be a doesnt matter option as this does not pertain to me.
If you could change mine to yes or reset my vote.....stupid pc glitched and click No on accident.

So with Habs changing to yes, we have 12 yes, for a majority.
So everyone will get 1 amnesty cut.
